Arena4 History, Coverage, Features
Arena 4 is a Hungarian television channel owned and operated by the Network 4 Group. The channel was launched in a test phase on March 30, 2020 and was officially added to the Hungarian TV grid on August 1, 2020.
Over the years, Arena 4 has been known for its large variety of broadcasting rights, which have given the channel the right to air disciplines such as football, motorsports, American football, darts, ice hockey, wrestling, and more. Domestic competitions have been available on this channel, but there have also been international competitions aired on this network.
When it comes to football, Arena 4 has covered domestic tournaments such as the Scottish Premiership, the Austrian Bundesliga, and even the English Second Division Championship. Other tournaments that have been covered on this channel include the UEFA Europa League. Added to those competitions, the channel has struck deals to air content from club tv channels such as Juventus TV, Barca TV, or Liverpool TV.
Since its launch, Arena 4 has been available to watch on both Standard Definition and High-Definition. Availabilty of each feed will be determined by the pay-tv carrier hired by the user.
