As its name states, beIN Sports 1 Hong Kong covers some of the top sports events taking place all over the world. The main focus of the channel has been to air football content to its viewers, but disciplines such as tennis, handball, basketball, motorsports, and more have been made available to its users over the years.
When it comes to football, beIN Sports 1 Hong Kong has aired content from leagues such as the Italian Serie A, the French Ligue 1, the A-League, the Major League Soccer, the Turkish Super Lig, and other domestic leagues. Cup competitions aired on this channel have included the Australian Cup, and continental tournaments featured on this channel have included the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League. Additional programming may also include highlights shows, programming from club television channels such as Chelsea TV, and more.
When beIN Sports Hong Kong was launched, the channel was available in Standard Definition. As time went by, a High-Definition feed and an Ultra High-Definition option were made available to the network’s users.
