The World Cup has given us quite a few interesting goals in the first week of action, but all of them might have been surpassed by this impressive effort by Richarlison.
The Tottenham ace gave Brazil the lead with a second-half brace, which kept Brazil's unbeaten run in opening matches alive. But even if that is a statistic that is worthy of praise, the striker deserves to be hailed by his massive bicycle kick against Serbia.
Brazil's No. 9 found the back of the net after putting to good use an assist by Vinicius Junior, who found him all alone inside the Serbians box. While Richarlison struggled to control the ball, he managed to sort things out with a kick that was truly out of this world.
Have a look at Richarlison's second goal of the evening and judge for yourself if it can be named as one of the best in the competition (Image might be geo-restricted).
One of the better World Cup goals you'll ever see.
