With Euro 2024 and the 2024 Copa America fast approaching, top national teams will be in action over the next few days in preparation.

The weekend brought an end to the 2023-24 season, with the focus now shifting to this summer's major tournaments. Copa America and the European Championship take center stage, and in preparation for those highly-anticipated events, national teams from around the globe will take to the field.

Euro 2024 kicks off on June 14. The 2024 Copa America, on the other hand, commences on June 20. As a result, several of the biggest national teams will play friendly matches between now and mid to late June.

Here is a sneak peek at what to expect from international friendlies from Monday, June 3 to Saturday, June 8.

The top international friendlies to watch

Germany vs. Ukraine live this Monday at 2:45 p.m. ET Fox Soccer Go, Fox Sports GO, and ViX

Euro 2024 hosts Germany kick off our list of must-watch friendly matches, with the four-time FIFA World Cup winners hosting Ukraine on Monday. The Germans will battle Scotland, Hungary, and Switzerland in the group stage but could do with more games to get into rhythm. Nagelsmann will want to build on recent victories over France and the Netherlands, hence the importance of this fixture.

England take on Bosnia And Herzegovina, Iceland as they aim to overcome Euro 2020 heartbreak

In Euro 2020, England went all the way to the final at Wembley before ultimately losing to Italy on penalties. This is the closest they have come to silverware since their 1964 FIFA World Cup success. Euro 2024 gives them a shot at redemption but the Three Lions will need to overcome a three-game winless run. Gareth Southgate's men play twice between now and Saturday, hosting Bosnia And Herzegovina on Monday — live on FS2, Fox Sports Go, and ViX — before facing Iceland at Wembley on Friday (live on ViX). Will Bellingham and Co. click into gear? Tune in to find out.

Mexico gearing up for back-to-back showdowns with CONMEBOL giants Uruguay and Brazil live on FOX Deports, Fox Sports Go, and TUDN USA

Mexico, one of the participants in the upcoming 2024 Copa America, will be involved in two tricky fixtures between Monday and Saturday. The first is Wednesday's battle with Uruguay live on FOX Deportes, Fox Sports GO, TUDN USA, and Univision. La Celeste are one of the favorites for the title thanks to their form under Marcelo Bielsa, with Darwin Nunez and Co. sitting second in the CONMEBOL World Cup qualifiers, thus making this a tough hill to climb.

And if that was not enough for El Tri, the North American powerhouses will face Brazil only three days later. This Saturday showdown will pit Jaime Lozano's men against the struggling five-time world champions. Do not miss any of these showdowns.

Portugal vs. Croatia live this Saturday at 2:45 p.m. ET on FS2, Fox Sports GO, and ViX

For Portugal and Croatia, Euro 2024 will be crucial. It could potentially be the final major tournament for icons Cristiano Ronaldo and Luka Modric, hence the desire to win the title. These two nations will thus face off in preparation. Portugal enter this tie in spectacular form, winning all but one out of their 12 matches following their 2022 FIFA World Cup exit. Meanwhile, the visitors have lost three times since Qatar 2022, including the 2023 UEFA Nations League final defeat against Spain.

USMNT vs. Colombia live this Saturday at 5:30 p.m. ET on Peacock, TNT, Universo, and Telemundo

And finally, we have the USMNT's exciting showdown with Colombia. The Stars and Stripes have been invited to the upcoming Copa America alongside Mexico and will battle with Uruguay, Panama, and Bolivia in Group C. Los Cafeteros, on the other hand, have been grouped with Brazil, Paraguay, and Costa Rica. The South American side are unbeaten in 21 matches and should hand Gregg Berhalter's men a stern test.
